How Edeverse collects, uses and protects personal data. Last updated 2026-06-10.

1. What we collect

Edeverse operates the website at edeverse.com and the products listed in our Products page. The data we collect depends on which surface you use.

Website (edeverse.com)

  • Contact form submissions : name, email and message body you send through the contact form. Used only to reply to your message.
  • Language preference : a cookie named preferred-languagethat remembers your locale choice across visits. No analytics fingerprint attached.
  • Server logs : standard request logs (IP address, user agent, URL) retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse mitigation.

Products (MaShop and others)

Each product has its own privacy policy that covers what data it collects from you as a merchant or as a customer of a merchant. See the product's own legal page for the details. Edeverse does not access merchant or end-customer data outside of those product-specific policies.

2. Why we collect it

  • To respond to you : we read every contact form submission and reply within two business days. We do not add your email to a mailing list.
  • To operate the site : server logs let us investigate outages and abuse, and the language cookie keeps the site usable in your preferred locale.
  • To improve the work : aggregate, non-identifying usage patterns (page views, region totals) help us decide what to write about and which products to ship next.

3. Who we share with

We share personal data only with the service providers we need to operate. As of the date above, those providers are :

  • Vercel hosts edeverse.com and processes the server logs.
  • Hostinger hosts the inbound mailbox forcontact@edeverse.com.
  • Resend handles outbound email delivery when we reply to contact form messages.
  • Supabase hosts the content database for the blog.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertising networks. We do not run third-party analytics or tracking on edeverse.com.

4. Your rights (GDPR and equivalents)

If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with comparable rights, you can :

  • Ask what personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct it.
  • Ask us to delete it.
  • Ask us to export it in a machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw any consent you previously gave.
  • Object to processing on legitimate-interest grounds.

To exercise any of these, write to contact@edeverse.com. We reply within 30 days.

5. Retention

Contact form messages are kept for as long as the conversation is active and up to two years afterwards, in case you reply to a thread. Server logs are kept for 30 days. We delete anything we no longer need on a rolling basis.

6. Children

Edeverse does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, write to contact@edeverse.com and we will delete it.
