EDEVERSE, a business established in Senegal, determines the purposes of processing requests received through this website. Identification: NINEA 012386753; RCCM SN.DKR.2025.A.31098.

For questions or requests about your data, write to contact@edeverse.com.

The form requests the contact details needed to identify and respond to you: name, email, phone and country. Required fields are marked. Company and budget are optional; you can also describe your interests, project and timing.

We also handle information needed to transmit and protect the submission: date, language, request identifier, confirmation that you have been informed and, where offered, your separate choice to share campaign references.

Do not include passwords, access keys, banking information, health information or other sensitive data in your message.

  • Browsing: the hosting provider may process IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, browser information and technical errors needed to operate the website.
  • Submission protection: temporary counters use a pseudonymized email fingerprint; the request content is not stored in these counters.

Your information is used to understand your request, respond, prepare a discussion or quote and provide the follow-up you requested. Project enquiries are handled as pre-contractual steps at your request. Where other exchanges rely on your agreement, you can withdraw it by contacting us.

Technical information is used to operate the website and prevent abuse. Where the GDPR applies, security processing relies on the legitimate interest in protecting the website and its users, with data limited to what is needed. Any applicable legal obligation is a separate ground.

Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing. Campaign references are sent only if you explicitly select that option; they are not used to track your browsing.

Requests are intended for authorized people at Edeverse. Technical providers are involved only to the extent needed for their service; competent authorities may receive information where applicable law requires it.

  • Netlify: hosting, page delivery, form execution and technical logs.
  • Resend: emailing the request and related delivery information when sending is configured.
  • Upstash: temporary submission limits and a pseudonymized email fingerprint.
  • Google Sheets: private spreadsheet follow-up is planned if that connection is enabled. Access is intended for authorized people only; this policy will be updated when it goes into service.

Correspondence remains relevant while we review and follow up on your request. For enquiries that do not lead to a contractual relationship, the reference period is twelve months after the last relevant exchange, followed by deletion or anonymization, unless a legal obligation or a documented need to preserve evidence requires otherwise.

If a contract is entered into, records needed for performance and legal obligations follow the periods applicable to their nature. Information retained for a legal obligation or dispute must no longer be used for marketing.

Upstash abuse-prevention counters expire within twenty-four hours. Providers’ technical logs and backups follow their own settings and retention periods; they are not a marketing database. You can ask us for details relevant to your request.

The providers listed are international. Data may be processed outside Senegal, including in the United States, depending on the service, its subprocessors and the configuration used. We do not claim exclusively Senegalese or European hosting.

Transfers remain subject to applicable legal requirements. Providers’ documents describe their contractual mechanisms; these do not replace Edeverse’s own obligations. Contact us for information about the locations and safeguards relevant to your request.

The form includes format checks, a size limit, an origin check and submission limits. Access to processing tools is restricted to authorized people. Use the HTTPS address of this website to protect transmission.

No system can guarantee absolute security. Report a concern to contact@edeverse.com without including secrets. This website does not make decisions producing legal effects on you solely through automated processing.

You can request access, correction, deletion when retention is no longer justified and object to processing for legitimate reasons. Where processing depends on your consent, withdrawing it does not affect earlier lawful processing.

If the GDPR applies to your situation, you can also request restriction and, where its conditions are met, data portability. These rights may depend on the purpose and applicable obligations.

Write to contact@edeverse.com and explain your request. If there is doubt about your identity, we may request only proportionate information needed to verify it. You can contact Senegal’s Commission de Protection des Données Personnelles (CDP) or, where applicable, the competent data protection authority in your country.

This page will be updated if processing changes, including before an optional tool or new request-tracking process is enabled. New features requiring separate consent will not be treated as accepted merely because you continue browsing.
